The Perspectives Laboratory
This is a space for exploration designed to observe how perspectives influence the way we interpret reality, make decisions, relate to others, and face the challenges of everyday life.

What do we understand by perspective, what is a Shift and why the same situation can be interpreted in different ways.
Discover the step-by-step process and see how new perspectives can open up new possibilities.
The possibilities we explore don't appear out of thin air. They stem from existing knowledge, experiences, and sources.
Discover where we look and how we apply that knowledge to each situation.
Experiment with a situation and discover the process in action before starting your first Shift.
What is a shift?
A Shift is a change in perspective.
It doesn't change reality. It changes the way we look at it.
And when the way we look at a situation changes, the questions we ask ourselves, the possibilities we discover, and the decisions we make can also change.
A Shift isn't about finding a single right answer.
It's about exploring a situation from different perspectives to better understand it.
Reality can be the same. What changes is the way we look at it.
How does it work?
Each Shift is an invitation to observe, explore, simulate and integrate new perspectives. It is a process designed to help you discover new possibilities..
Identify your perspective
Before exploring new possibilities, you need to understand from which perspective you are observing the situation.
Identify your perspective
Every situation is experienced from a specific perspective, built from our experiences, knowledge, emotions and goals.
This first step does not consist of deciding whether your perspective is correct or incorrect.
It simply consists of identifying it.
Only when we know where we are looking from can we begin to explore other ways of understanding the same reality.
To chart a route we need to know where they are, otherwise we may end up in the wrong place.
This is the starting point of any Shift.
Explore alternative perspectives
Exploring other ways of observing the same situation can open up possibilities that you could not see before.
Explore alternative perspectives
Once you have identified your perspective, it is time to explore others.
This is not about replacing your way of seeing things, but rather expanding it.
Each new perspective provides different information: it can reveal aspects that had gone unnoticed, challenge some interpretations, or reveal new possibilities for action.
The goal is not to immediately decide which is best, but to better understand the situation before moving on.
Simulate possibilities
Explore how decisions, relationships or outcomes can change when you observe the same situation from other points of view.
Simulate possibilities
Each perspective suggests different ways of understanding a situation and, consequently, can also lead to different decisions.
This step consists of exploring these possibilities before acting.
It is not about predicting the future, but about imagining different scenarios, observing their possible consequences and discovering options that you may not have considered.
Simulating possibilities allows you to make decisions with a broader vision and more judgment.
Integrate and apply new perspectives
Integrate what you have discovered and decide how to apply it to the situation you are experiencing.
Integrate and apply new perspectives
Exploring new perspectives only makes sense if something changes later.
This last step involves integrating what you have discovered, assessing which perspectives can bring more clarity to the situation, and deciding how to apply them.
It is not about abandoning your way of seeing things, but rather enriching it with new elements that allow you to act with greater awareness, more judgment, and more freedom.
Each Shift is complete when a new way of understanding the situation is transformed into a new way of acting.
Where do perspectives come from?
To generate relevant perspectives for each situation, we explore and compare knowledge from existing sources.
The knowledge already exists.
The difference lies in knowing where to look.
Every day, research, studies, experiences, case studies, and new approaches to problems are published in very different fields.
“We have never had access to so much knowledge. And, at the same time, it has never been so difficult to know where to look.”
Shift Thinking organizes the exploration of a situation to look for connections, compare perspectives, and bring in knowledge that can help us see it from different angles.
We don't seek an answer that decides for you. We expand what you can see before you decide.

Our work isn't about possessing information, but about finding, connecting, and bringing together perspectives that may be relevant to a specific situation.
Make a Shift
A Shift doesn't start with an answer.
It starts with something you want to look at differently.
It could be a decision, a conversation, a recurring problem, an idea that doesn't quite fit, or just something you want to understand better.
Tell us what you want to look at.
For a limited time, we're inviting a few people to be among the first to try a full Shift Thinking experience.

The goal of the lab isn’t to tell us what to think.
It’s to help us identify where we’re looking and explore alternatives that expand our understanding of a situation.
